Return

Please read carefully to assure that your purchased items qualify for a return. Please email customerservice@iwantproof.in if you have any questions in regards to whether or not your items qualify for a return.  If your item is damaged please refer to the warranty claim.

If you are not satisfied with your Proof Eyewear on-line purchase you may return the goods within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Make sure to include your Proof of Purchase (Email or package receipt)
  • Product must be returned unused in its original packaging.
  • You will be credited for the purchase less original freight cost.
  • Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.
  • Packages received past the 30 day return period or with an incomplete return form could face a processing fee of 5%, from the total returned merchandise amount, at our discretion.

*Please note:

  • Returns are ONLY valid if item was purchased through Proof Eyewear (www.iwantproof.in), is within 30 days of purchase, and is still in the condition it was received.
  • PURCHASES OF SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. Any item purchased at a discounted sale price or on our Sale page (iwantproof.in/collections/sale) is not eligible for a refund. *Full priced items bought with a discount code still qualify for a refund.
  • Proof Eyewear is not responsible for any product returned that does not qualify for a return. Any items received that do not qualify for a return will be sent back to the sender.

How to receive a refund on your Proof product:

Print out and complete the return form and send it in with your Proof product. We encourage you to send your Proof product by a traceable method (such as Fed Ex or UPS), as Proof Eyewear is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. For non-delivery or further information, email us at customerservice@iwantproof.in.

Once we have received your package expect up to 5 business days of processing time for your return.

Warranty Claim

How to make a Warranty Claim

We encourage you to send your Proof product by a traceable method (such as Fed Ex or UPS), as Proof Eyewear is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Proof Eyewear Warranty Policy:

We offer a 1 year warranty, from purchase date, on any manufacturers defect that may occur in the materials or workmanship of your Proof Eyewear product. Proof Eyewear has sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect. Any apparel is not covered under this 1 year warranty policy.

Proof Eyewear will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from our online store or one of our authorized dealers within the US. If you purchased the product from one of our national retailers such as Pacsun or Tilly’s please contact them directly. Questions about verification of authorized dealers should be sent to info@iwantproof.com

This warranty lasts up to 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty covers all parts of your Proof product, excluding lenses, and applies to all types of manufacturing defects or failure. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty. The warranty program does not cover product that is lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, or damaged in any other way incurred by excess force from the user. Proof Eyewear reserves the right to not send back irreparable frames sent in under warranty. If a frame sent in is irreparable and no longer under warranty, Proof Eyewear will decide whether or not the customer qualifies for the Recycling Program discount code at its own discretion.

The 1 year warranty does cover Prescription frames, but does NOT cover prescription lenses. Please do not return any frames with your prescription lenses inserted; we are not responsible for any prescription lenses that are received here at the Proof Eyewear facilities.

For breach of any written or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to any damages of repair of the product or a replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of Proof Eyewear. Proof Eyewear is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product. Note: some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.

 

Exchange

If your Proof product is damaged please refer to the warranty claim.

If you are not satisfied with your selection from your on-line purchase you may exchange the goods as long as they were purchased through Proof Eyewear (iwantproof.com), is within 30 days of purchase, and is still in the condition it was received.

  • Product must be returned unused in its original packaging.
  • Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.

*Please note:  You could be subject to paying any price difference if the product you are exchanging for has a higher cost of $10 or more. In such cases, an electronic invoice link will be sent over to the email provided in the exchange form and the exchange will not be processed until payment for said invoice is submitted.
